A Chartered Professional Engineer with 15+ years of Victorian infrastructure experience, Phillip excels at turning complex engineering challenges into viable commercial successes. From precision feasibility assessments to large-scale residential and industrial delivery, Phillip’s hands-on leadership ensures every project is technically sound and future-proof. His work is defined by a commitment to quality, industry advocacy through ALDE, and a passion for building lasting community legacies.
Clydie Brewer
Executive — Planning
With over 25 years’ of urban planning experience, including working with both local and state Government, Clydie is an expert in understanding the complexities that shape planning decisions. Soon to become a Certified Practicing Planner, Clydie’s diverse portfolio includes commercial, heritage, industrial, and residential projects, from Urban Design Frameworks and PSP development to statutory planning and VCAT matters. Clydie is passionate about building strong relationships with our stakeholders to deliver the best outcomes for our clients.
